Booking Appointments Pre-booking your appointment is essential, to avoid disappointment please ensure you book in advance either in person at the clinic, using our online system, email or call us. 

Late nights and Saturdays book up quickly so be sure to ask if these are preferable to you. 

Payments 

We accept cash, card payments or gift voucher on the day of your appointment. We also offer finance options via a third party Payl8r who specialise in health and beauty industry, a calculator can be found below. For gift voucher usage please the separate terms for these below. 

Late Arrivals 

Please arrive in plenty of time for your appointment. We do understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control however please advise us as soon as possible. Unfortunately arriving 15 minutes later than the scheduled time of your appointment we will be unable to honor your treatment and in this case we must charge the full cost of your treatment, we may be able to carry out treatment with reduced treatment time, again at full cost. 

Cancellations

We request that should you require to cancel for any reason, you do so with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This should be done via any of our communication channels, cancellation/reschedule is also available with your confirmation email. Should this be done at less notice, we reserve the right to charge for the full cost of treatment which must be paid prior to any more services being booked. Should you have pre-paid for a course of treatments, the charge will be that of a full cost appointment of your service. 

Failure to show to an appointment will result in the full fee being charged and must be paid prior to any future bookings. We will also charge a 50% booking fee to secure any other appointments. 

Refunds

We cannot refund any products which have been opened due to hygiene, health and safety reasons. Should there be a fault with the product we will return the product to supplier for review on your behalf. We carry out all treatments to high levels and follow strict protocol, however should you feel unsatisfied please speak with us in the first instance. We do not give refunds on any services, however we will look into your concerns and try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. 

Gift Vouchers

All monetary vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Any special offers or promotional vouchers will only be valid for the dates specified. Please ensure you use your voucher within specified period as no extensions or refunds will be given. Only if we find you unsuitable for specified treatment on health grounds will a voucher be exchanged. 

Children 

For health and safety reasons we do ask that where possible children are not brought into the salon for your appointment, due to the nature of treatments they may not be granted access to the treatment area and we are not responsible for supervision of minors. 

Age Restrictions

You must be over the age of 18 to receive treatment with us, however under certain circumstances or age specific treatments this may be possible with parent/guardian consent, please get in touch and we can advise. 

Patch Testing 

All tinting treatments, lash lift and lash extensions require patch testing 48 hours prior to treatment. Patch tests must be carried out by us, patch tests at other salons will not allow you to have our treatments. We will ask you to complete a health history consultation, it is your responsibility to communicate all relevant information asked, and update us if anything changes or needs updating. We cannot guarantee any adverse reactions may not occur, full information will be given prior to treatment and advise should this happen will be given. 

Pricing

We will endeavor to keep our website and price lists up to date, however these may be subject to change without notice. 

Personal Belongings 

Please keep your personal belongings on you at all times, leaving any valuables at home. Should you need to remove any items for treatment, ensure you remember to take these with you on departure. We cannot be held responsible for any lost items.
